Spare part
I needed a spare part for my Omega MM900 which broke down and it was surprisingly smooth to get it. This company, in my opinion, is fair and very helpful. I just paid a postal fees and in a few days the spare part for my juicer arrived. I bought it via Amazon and Sara who communicated with me was very understanding and she responded very quickly.
