Delivery Information

Energise Your Life is pleased to offer Free Next Day UK Delivery on all orders over £100 & Free European Delivery to Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands & Monaco on orders over £150. For delivery to Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Greece only £9.95 for orders over £150. Full details below for all destinations. 

Orders are usually shipped the day of purchase if the order is placed online before 2pm Monday – Friday, if the order is received after this time it will be dispatched the following working day. Delivery is next working day for the UK delivery, 2 days for UK Offshore and Scottish Highlands and 2-4 days for Mainland Europe deliveries. For all other locations please contact us. All our products are stored in our state of the art warehouse near Gatwick Airport in London for the quickest possible UK and European dispatch.

We use a range of different couriers. e.g. City Link, TNT, DHL, UPS, Interlink Express, Parceline & Royal Mail.

Christmas Delivery

This year for the UK Mainland we will be offering Christmas Delivery until the 23rd of December, with an exclusive next day delivery service scheduled for arrival on Christmas Eve. To receive this service your order should total over £100 and needs to be placed before 14:00 pm for guaranteed dispatch. If your order doesn't meet these requirements please call us and we will do what we can to make your Christmas special. 

Please be advised that we can only ensure that your product is dispatched from our warehouses on the 23rd and cannot be held responsible for any deliveries that fail to arrive in time for Christmas. The couriers we use will do everything they can to get your order delivered in time, but in extreme circumstances they may not be able to.

To increase the chances of your order arriving in time, try placing your order well in advance and be careful when filling out all your address details, as a discrepancy or mistake may lead to your package not being delivered. It is also important that somebody is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, as it cannot be left in a safe place.

If you wish to redirect the package to an alternative address once the order has been despatched, this will incur extra charges starting from £15 depending on weight. If you would like to make a change to the delivery address after the item has been despatched, please contact us.

If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and no card has been left by the courier, please contact us. Please note: We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery on the part of the couriers.

Unfortunately no courier as part of their service agreements are required to call customers in advance of delivery.  We can include a note asking the courier to call in advance of delivery but this is ultimately at the discretion of the individual courier, it is not something that we can insist they do. If for some reason you will not be present as your address during delivery hours we request that you instead have the item delivered to an address where someone is always present during working hours.

Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed times; there is no such a thing as a guaranteed delivery day as Energise your Life nor the couriers can legislate for problems arising in transit. Even so, 99% of our UK Mainland orders are attempted the following working day. If your order is urgent, we suggest allowing sufficient time to get the order to you allowing for any eventualities.
