Using advanced technology to analyse your sleeping patterns, the Sleepace RestOn monitor will help you to improve the quality of your sleep by measuring your heart rate, sleep time, sleep cycles and body movement in the night. This handy information will be stored in the Sleepace App, which will then advise you on how to improve your sleeping habits.
This device looks like a belt, as it can be laid across your bed, which is great as its non-wearable and ultra-thin. The belt won’t disrupt your sleeping or make you uncomfortable, as it can be secured to the sheet via a magnet, making it stay in one place all night. The belt is covered in felt, which makes it soft to lay on and uneasily detectable.
The belt contains an array of medical grade sensors that can be placed right under your chest for the most accurate results.
Often you can wake up groggy and tried, even though you think you’ve had a decent nights sleep. The main reason for this is you have been in a deep sleep, and all if a sudden you’ve been woken abruptly by your alarm.
Once you have connected the Sleepace App and the Sleepace Nox to your Sleepace RestOn, you will find your normal alarm will start half an hour before it should. This is because the Nox will wake you up gently and slowly, with calming sounds and light that mimics a sunrise, this will allow you to transition from your deep sleep to your light sleep. Once you are in the light sleep phase the Nox will then wake you with its usual alarm and you will find yourself refreshed and ready for the day.
Just like all the Sleepace products, you can receive your information quickly and easily via the Sleepace App, where you will receive all your results in easy to read graphs. When you connect your RestOn device to the Sleepace App you can see useful results such as heart rate, breaths per minute, pulse, movement, time slept and the actual time it takes you to fall asleep. The App will then analyse your data and give you an individual sleep report, tips and suggestions for exercise, diets and sleep habits, to help you to create your perfect personal sleep plan and improve sleep quality.
