What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit & debit cards – MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Amex. We also accept payment via PayPal. You can select this option at the end of the checkout.
What currency will I be charged in?
All purchases will be charged in GB Pounds. Euro prices are for information only.

How long does delivery take?
Goods are usually shipped the day of purchase if the order is placed online before 2pm or the day after. Delivery normally takes 24 hrs for a UK delivery and 2-4 days for Mainland Europe delivery.
What couriers do you use?
We use a range of different couriers. e.g. City Link, TNT, DHL, UPS, Interlink Express, Parceline & Royal Mail.
How much does delivery cost?
UK Delivery is free for all items over £100. Please see the delivery information page for all shipping costs.
What is your Refunds & Returns policy?
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the customer is given the right to return unwanted goods. This "cooling-off" period gives you 7 working days in which to cancel your order. The period starts the day after the day that goods are received. During this time you are only required to cancel the order and are not obliged to return the goods within the 7 working days.
Warranty and Support Requests must be submitted to us in writing please follow the instructions and format on the Warranty and Support Requests Page to allow us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please also ensure that they are packed with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your courier to cover this.
Assuming that our return's policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 day of our receiving them.

What happen if i find a product you sell at a lower price than you have advertised?
If you find a product at a lower price we are happy to refund you the difference.
Do you have a showroom facility to view the products?
In order to give you the best possible price and to keep our overheads down we don’t provide a showroom facility at present. On our website we have tried to provide you with as much detailed information about each product that we stock, we also include a video demonstration on each product where available so you can get as clear as possible understanding of the product, also if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
