FAQs

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit & debit cards – MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Amex. We also accept payment via PayPal. You can select this option at the end of the checkout.

Do you accept phone orders?
Yes, we accept phone orders on 020 7243 2372.

How long does delivery take?
Goods are usually shipped the day of purchase or the day after, by next day delivery.

What couriers do you use?
We use a range of different couriers. e.g. City Link, TNT, DHL, UPS, Interlink Express, Parceline & Royal Mail.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for most items. See individual products for further info.

What is your Refunds & Returns policy?
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the customer is given the right to return unwanted goods. This "cooling-off" period gives you 7 working days in which to cancel your order without giving a reason. The period starts the day after the day that goods are received. During this time you are only required to cancel the order and are not obliged to return the goods within the 7 working days.

If you wish to cancel an order within the 7-day cooling-off period, you may do so providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. This means unused and complete with original packing. To exercise this right please contact us. We will need confirmation in writing, as well as your name, address and invoice number.

Please ensure that when returning goods, you use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please also ensure that they are packed with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your courier to cover this.

All returned goods will incur a restocking charge of £25 to cover our shipping and administration costs.
